Agile UX Timeline
UX Research
Survey
The first step in the research process was creating a survey, using long answer questions, likert statements, and checkbox questions. The survey received 60 responses after being sent out to six Discord servers and two Facebook groups.
Interviews and Focus Groups
I conducted the first focus group of the project at a discussion meeting for transgender and non-binary youth hosted by Pride For Youth Nassau in Bellmore, New York.
UX Design
Ideation
In this phase of the UX design process, I sketched out possible features for encouraging connection between customers and businesses in a fashion that incentivizes creating a trans-friendly customer experience.

Future Work
The next step in the UX Design process would be further development of the business owner's side of the solution prototype and the screening process for businesses becoming members of Pryde. Based on my research, factors I would look into for the screening process are: Gender Neutral Language, Staff Inclusivity Training, Unisex Restrooms, and Presence of LGBTQ+ Staff.
